We hired European Restoration to remodel our bathroom. We took out our bathtub and had a walk in shower installed in its place. Slav and his team were very responsive, detail-oriented, and skilled with their work. Workers took care not to damage other areas of the house when entering/exiting and working. Questions were answered quickly by Slav, and when we changed our minds on something, he quickly was able to update us on the price difference. We had an outstanding experience with European Restoration. Slav and Alfredo were incredibly professional and helpful throughout our remodeling project and drywall repairs. Since we were living in the home during construction, we really appreciated how seamless the process was—from their responsive communication to the thorough daily cleanup. Alfredo is particularly meticulous; his attention to detail is impressive, and we couldn't be happier with the final result.
We ended up going with a different company due to our own scheduling needs, but I wanted to share a quick review anyway about the professionalism from European Restoration. Slav followed up really quickly to my request for some water damage mitigation, was very proactive about communicating, and shared very detailed and thorough estimate of all the work requirements. Based on the transparency and communication alone through the estimate process, this is a company that we’ll keep in mind if ever needed in the future.
We had water damage that caused us to have open ceilings, walls and floors for months. We had been frustrated by the slowness of our insurance company but once Slav got involved, everything went smoothly. He was easy to communicate with and all his workers did a great job. We are so happy to get our home back. He also did a fabulous job remodeling our master bathroom. Thank you European Restoration! We so appreciate your good work!
I loved working with European Restoration. Slav and their team were very organized and detail oriented. If they said that they were coming at a certain time, they were on time. When I made suggestions, they listened to me, and they kept to the estimate. They used high quality material, and they did good work, and were neat.
