Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had at a vehicle
We happened on European Motors by chance. We saw a truck for sell on a website and even though it was a good distance away from us we decided to go check it out. Our salesman, Paul, was fantastic. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We took a test drive, came back and talked about the price, no pressure and ended up buying it that day. Tommy is the best! Hands down the best experience we have ever had buying a car. I knew Tommy was not like the "typical" sales person you meet at the big dealerships the minute I met him. Tommy is not pushy and he was straight with us from the get go! Tommy was great to work with. I don't have a lot of free time and buying a new car is always a hassle. From my test drive to purchase was very convenient. We did most of our negotiating via email or text. Never any pressure to buy. I was able to come in when it was convenient for me and picked up my vehicle at the time I was told it would be ready. He even shopped the best rates for a loan. I'll be back for sure.
European Motor Cars is absolutely amazing! I just picked up my Vehicle after an accident on 8/1/17 and it was cleaner than ever! They are very professional and courteous. Jamie is great to work with and is very attentive. Hertz rental in their facility and is great to work with! They worked with my insurance company and made the process extremely easy. I have used them before and highly recommend using them for your body work or rental services!
We are new customers have had 10 Mercedes over the years our mechanic moved away so here we are. My daughter needed a crank sensor asap in her c240 towed it in at 5pm they had it done with an oil change by 11 the next day even though they had "no openings" for 7 days. Way to go!
