Unprofessional and unethical worst service to my BMW , very disappointing. Not telling me what exactly was happening with my car, expended 12,672 us, in fixing my car, I never could drive it more than 1 month without problems. Thanks
European was recommended by a family friend after I was given a quote by BMW dealership in Henderson. The Dealership qouted $2800 and European Motor Cars was $650. The service was top shelf and Derrick the mechanic is knowledgeable, friend and HONEST. Thank you.... The only thing I know about cars is that the gas is on the left and brake on the right... (kidding). My point is that I know very little and always feel that I'm getting taken advantage of.... Not true with Derrick J. Durbin
I have been taking my Mercedes and BMW's to European Motor Cars for years and wouldn't dare take it anywhere else. Anytime i have been out of town and had to have any repairs done, as we all have at some point in our journeys, it reminds me how much I value the honesty, integrity and value I get from European Motor Cars.
