Working with EMCW was great from the start to Finish. They made a bad situation better. The shop was clean and people were friendly and professional. I was hit from behind and pushed into the car in front of me. The damage was fairly extensive. The work on my car was done right and sooner then anticipated. My car looked better then before the accident. It was perfect! The attention to detail and strive for excellence is second to none. I would recommend European Motor Car Works to everyone. Great job!! Where do I begin? EMCW has been great to me over the years. They painted a 1997 SS SLP Spoiler for my Camaro along with a Berger panel. Both matched perfectly. I had my 2008 Civic fixed by EMCW. I had it back in under two weeks. The bumper and right quarter panel matched the rest of the car perfectly. When it comes to my cars, I am very picky and notice the smallest imperfections. I was a victim of a hit and run. The right side of my car was hit pretty hard, you can only imagine how pissed off i was! From the first meeting to the day i got my car back, everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. The work they did on my car was exceptional, it looks like it did on the show room floor. car repair European Motor Car Works is a certified Jaguar repair shop. They replaced my windshield and trim, but I need to return it because the trip is loose. They aren't cheap, but the staff are great and professional and it is a family run business.
European keep a nice clean shop, but don't be fooled... They were recommended by the insurance company and claimed to be experts at color-matching. These recommendations and claims were enough to persuade me to pay their inflated price. They then kept my Viper for over 30 days to repaint the front and rear bumpers, and charged me $4000 for the job.
