The entire team was involved and completely transparent during my car buying experience. Although I intended on purchasing a vehicle after the new year, Alex and Kevin gave me a deal I could not pass up. Purchased a 2013 gl350 bluetec from them and could not be happier. I was very picky about the cleaning of the car, and alex made sure all of my demands were met. Kevin got me the best rate I was offered at any dealership, and tailored my loan needs to ones that work for me.
I was well taken care of while at Masters. The process was smooth no hiccups Jamal bought us lunch, we went out for a test drive, and handled the business side of things while the car was being washed, filled with gas and detailed. I left with the car the same day and it was an absolute pleasure to be get my car from Masters. They also got my payments as low as they could to meet my needs. I would also go back again to get another car from them in the future.
I recently bought a 2013 Infiniti G37x from this dealership and my experience was nothing less than perfect. I walked into the dealership expecting to be deceived by prices but that wasn't the case. This was my first used car purchase and after this experience I don't think I will ever buy a new car again. The new car dealership was more difficult and time consuming to deal with. I told Kevin the car I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay and he said ok and made it happen
Great people, great customer service. From the time I walk in the door the customer service was impeccable. Very knowledgeable about every vehicle in there showroom. I was approved for my loan in less then 5 minutes. I'm bringing all my family and friends here. I was extremely satisfied.
I am currently financing a 2012 Range Rover Sport HSE from European Masters. My experience was quite pleasant and straightforward considering I was purchasing a pre-owned car. My salesman, Jamal, was there with me from start to finish, seeing to it that my loan, insurance, and service was done carefully and timely. Stefanie helped get the title for my car and transfer my plates. I would definitely return here the next time I'm looking for a car.
Bought my dream car 2014 BMW 5-Series just today. Today is my happy day specially knowing I was in good hands. Specially knowing I left with a car that I'll stay satisfied and that I got a deal as far as price, financing with a 2.99 apr and low payments. What else can I expect.
