Horrible customer service!!! – The family that owns and operates this facility has treated me and my family members as if we were second rate citizens because we are not in perfect condition.

Not in perfect condition? Hardly anyone that works out there is in perfect condition especially if your in the morning crowd. I think that you were judged on you being less than perfect was self conscious and perhaps a failure in some other department. Perhaps their standoffish. Some people are standoffish sure, they are not paid to smile like dullards and quite frankly those kinds of people freak me out at health clubs. All smiles with no personality behind them.
