RecommendedMatt Lawson helped me out today with my Infiniti (not European car, but they handled it anyway). Matt was quick, professional, and thorough. This place is great.
Someone hit my 2014 MS in the parking lot a couple of years ago. Tesla directed me here for the repairs. Talk about perfect..this is it. I could not tell the car had ever been hit. later, I went back and had a color change on a set of wheels I purchased from Tesla. again, great work. well done ECR.
Huge thanks to Paula and the entire team at the Jonesboro ECR for dealing with my anxiety this entire time and for advocating to BMW on our behalf. This was stressful but they did an amazing job and were always friendly and informative!
For over 10 plus years, I've used ONLY ECR for repairs, I will NEVER take another vehicle to them. Take your vehicle who honors estimates and completes repairs without the hassle. I initially received a bad estimate, took the car back after getting that issue resolved. They kept the car for 30 days (after being provided multiple dates that repairs would be completed and they weren't), I arrived to pick up my vehicle and repairs were NOT completed! The team at ECR took great care of my Tesla Model S. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a luxury vehicle.
This place sucks, and have terrible customer service. They had my car for over three weeks. And still couldn’t provide me with an estimate. After calling day after day week after week. John told me to come and get my car. And tow it somewhere else. When the tow truck arrived. Some how my key wasn’t working. So my insurance company is sending another tow truck out.
