RecommendedI've had two experiences with ERC and both were excellent. My service advisor was Matt Lawson whom was communicative, proactive and very responsive. My first experience was after taking delivery of my Tesla Model 3 and soon there after a tree branch fell on the trunk. I was pleased with the Fayetteville ECR's fast and quality job on my car repair, and I was more pleased when I found that, on their own, they went that extra mile by removing the haze from my headlights so that I can see again at night. Thank you!
Firstly, I am not giving 1 star purely because the work they did on our vehicle was great, however their customer service is appalling. This is the most poorly run business I have ever come across in my entire life. My husband and I had our BMW M5 here for a total of TWO MONTHS ( beginning 4th November 2019) to repair damage to the rear bumper. I wouldn’t take my Tesla anywhere else but ECR. They do great, fast work. Best customer service I’ve experienced. They handle everything from start to finish, and are very, very professional. Matt at the Sandy Springs location was great ...made me feel comfortable and at ease from the start.
ECR Sandy Springs fixed my Lotus Elise after someone backed into me, cracking the fiberglass in front of the rear wheel. Every Lotus owner in the Southeast who I asked said ECR was the “only” place to take it. Even the insurance adjuster for the person’s insurance company, their exotic car specialist, said ECR was the only place to get it repaired right.
