Old male rep was very rude, do not recommend going there.
Please don't use this stores services. I brought my watch here for a battery replacement, there was a rude woman who looked it over and then wrote "note. Scratches on back of watch" these are very light wear and tear marks. When I returned to pick my watch up I found that there were now 3 scratches or cracks on the crystal front, a deep scratch on the caseback which was put on upside down and off centre, and a huge gouge along the side of the watch. We have been a customer here for years every time that the guys work here we have a good experience we cam to pick up our ordered watch and this white blonde Karen gave us such an attitude she should be fired when she gave us attitude and didn't let us to try the watch because it might scratch it although we ordered put deposit and paid and bought it today bad experience best salesman there is Dante such a nice patient and funny gentleman he helped us to buy it last week
Had a wonderful experience with the watch technician who re-sized my Omega. He's truly an expert at his job!
