I had a great experience at European Boutique, thanks to Marisa. She helped me pick up my Tissot PRX Automatic 40 mm, and the whole process was super easy and quick. Marisa was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making everything smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated how straightforward and efficient she made the purchase.
Customer service is a far cry for a premium brand like Omega. European boutique management needs to change their vision drastically because I’ve seen a similar experience across various stores and seems like a general trend rather than an isolated one. I wouldn’t consider or recommend this store again based off my purchase.

I’m disappointed with my experience at this store. I visited on March 21, 2026, to purchase a Tissot watch and was advised to order one for comparison.After more than two weeks and multiple follow-ups by my self, I was told the order had been sent to the wrong location due to a system error. I was then promised it would arrive in 2–3 days, but after a week, I still received no update.Due to the poor communication and service, I no longer plan to purchase from this store.
Mark at European Boutique always comes through for me everytime I come to see him, never makes me wait. Truly one of a kind 😇
