Bad customer care. Came into the store after purchase to ask to switch my watch strap but they charge $10+tax. Very disappointing customer service
I had a good experience at the European boutique today. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional without being overbearing. The store itself is clean, modern, and well-lit, making it the perfect environment to appreciate the craftsmanship of the watches. Got a Tissot Supersport chrono 45.5mm. Satisfied with the quality of the product. Recommended location for anyone looking to add a quality timepiece to their collection.
Extremely disappointing customer service. I walked into this store genuinely intending to purchase a watch and stood directly in front of the display case for over 20 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me. No greeting, no “we’ll be with you shortly,” nothing.
