For $60 of pastries, I was extremely disappointed when I received my order. The chocolate brownie and chocolate croissants tasted fresh, but the rest of them were tough to chew and cut with a serrated knife. So tough that we had to microwave them to make them edible. The toppings were good, but it definitely had a "yesterday's croissants that didn't sell" feel. Savory croissants were ok. In Italy, fresh croissants were served daily and these would never have passed the test.
