For me, it's the high-level and do-it-right that gets 4-stars. It's the drop in anytime, open arms and extra mile that makes you 5-star. Bottom line, my car can be painful to repair or make it bearable.. I know it sounds in-extraordinary, but really saying a lot. Nice work EA.
