I bought a 02 S500 with electrical problems. Instead of just fixing the problem, they found the cause of the problem which was a water leak around the sunroof which caused the electrical problems behind the dash ,they recommended I get the body work done first...I appreciate that they didn't just take my money fixing the problem without correcting the cause. honest and integrity is a quality I've found in this company

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices.
Had my bmw in shop for 2 weeks to fix convertible top, never fixed problem but charged me $900 in parts and labor..Had to bring car back because Windows and radio stop working after they worked on car..another 2 weeks passed and Windows and radio still not working..I found the problem myself, a blown fuse, they didn't even look at car after they got my money..I had to sue for my refund..nothing but crooks stay away..
Always have a great experience with them. I know my Is pricey to work hard they give me the best .Customer service that I could ask for.
