I had my Porsche Panamera tranny flush done by these guys on a referral from a dedicated transmission shop. Telephone greetings were upbeat and professional. The work was done as promised, no surprises. All in all an excellent experience. Even payment was handled as though they cared about having my business. Truly a breath of fresh air in a world of declining service and courtesy. Well done!
I recently brought my Mercedes to European Automotive for service, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. European auto was recommended to me by a dealership for service and I had a great experience from booking until the appointment ended. They also cleaned it up and let me know during inspection if anything needs monitoring. Very professional. Highly recommended.
Had a very positive experience with EA. Overall service was 10/10 even with some unexpected delays. Mila and Jacob were wonderful. They were friendly and professional. They also offered an Uber to get me to and from their shop since I was coming from Mississauga and offered a complimentary rental for the unexpected delay of my vehicle. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff that clearly have the knowledge and passion for all things automotive. Great experience and showed me things on my car to watch out for. As someone who owns a business and manages a team it's nice to see amother business demonstrating the same customer care I expect of my team. Highly recommend.
