the most honest mechanic ever!!!! Prior to taking my car to EAS, my 97 bmw had more problems than a run over bicycle ( electrical problems, fan problem, needed a new radiator, he fixed the transmission fault , so many to be named of the problems of my car ) James took my car in and within less than 2 weeks, my car is running like new and his price is very affordable and fair, it beats dealership repair shops when they triple charge you. Not Good!!! Not good! They did not diagnose the problem with my vehicle they went strait to changing parts. It is quicker and easier for them, but much more expensive for me and their other customers, and to top it off he has a very bad attitude. Better stay away from this shop. Anyone have any ideas on a another shop in the area?
World class service and care I discovered James in November 2011 by a business card left on my vehicle. I've been taking my 97 BMW 3-series and my Honda Accord to him ever since. He is very considerate to what it is that you need exactly, and is quick, fair, and honest. I've used European Auto Service for a few years now and they service all of my vehicles. It is difficult to find good, honest mechanics and we've been burned by a few. These guys are Gold! Nevermind the Name they do work on Japanese Models too. Their prices are fair, they are honest and Trustworthy.

I'm glad that I found out about European Auto Service when I just moved into this area. I took my Saab to several shops in the area and none of them wanted to work on it. I heard about European Auto Service and James the owner from a co-worker and decided to gave it a try. James was very friendly and extremely professional when I came to the shop. I cannot say enough great things about James and his team! They've serviced my Mercedes and BMW for the last couple of years and their level of service is unsurpassed. It's very difficult to find an honest, reliable service shop, but these guys are both!
