I hired this business to perform repairs on my Volvo. After the work was done, the car would not start and the interior was left partially disassembled. The mechanic said he would return to address the issue but has not done so and has not responded to my messages. I am currently having to tow the car elsewhere to have it inspected and repaired.

My car needed the heat fixed and I also had Aaron do the timing belt and water pump. The work was done, but then the car wouldn’t start (as a result of Aaron’s work). Aaron promised to come back to fix it, but never did, and then ghosted me and does not respond to any of my texts. I even offered extra money to get the car running as I already had to rent a car for a week to transport my family. So I now have a car that doesn’t run and a mechanic who just left me stranded. I was in a jam with a overheating car. I called Erin, and he isolated the problem, and fixed it, for a very reasonable fee.
