Great experience, Albert was professional, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I applied online and got a call from Dion the finance manager stating he was able to get me approved through one of his lenders. Picked up on my car on Saturday and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience I received from European Auto House!

If I could give zero stars I would. These guys had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. Their sales manager/finance guy Michael was horrible. I asked him why the car was valued 3,000 over Kelly blue books price and he had no other answer than “because of the miles” which means absolutely nothing. I asked home to negotiate at least 1k off the price and he wouldn’t budge for an old car that was already 3k over the average market price. I dodged a bullet.
