Had them diagnose an overheating issue. They replaced an auxiliary water pump which was on sale half price on dealership website they charged double the dealer price and 5 hours to diagnose a fuse. $1500 bill. Not sure why I tried them again a year later but called and they hung up on me mid conversation and didnt phone back. Definitely won't be back !!
I drove to Winippeg from Vancouver 2 weeks ago , and my car's engine light was on yellow (2017 VW Tiguan). Mr. Ben was very enthusiastic to help me check it. He was very experienced and helped me solve the problem quickly. He also provided a free car during the repair period. The cost was reasonable, the service was excellent, and I sincerely recommend it.
Not satisfied . Seems they take advantage of dealing with Europeon cars and want to make most out of your pocket caring little for the customers. An average person should avoid .there prices are high .dont know why but have a negative vibe after got work done by them
Worker told me that I was “stupid” when I was unable to drop my key off in the drop box that was behind a locked barbed wired fence! Don’t go unless you wish to be degraded!
Terrible service. Rude to customers do not recommend
