This place is the best nail salon in pa- Landon
This salon is under new ownership as of April 2023 and I highly recommend! Elly, Kevin, and their staff are the best! They are friendly and genuinely care about their customers. The staff is professional and takes time with their customers to make sure they receive the manicure or pedicure they envisioned. The salon is very clean and the staff does a beautiful job with nails. My nails are perfect every time. Amazing service! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Won't honor gift certificate. Had forgot about having due to unexpected death of husband and manager Elly would not ever consider honoring. Will ever go back and will let all family and friends know how insensitive this spa is. Hope this small amount was worth losing business. I advise to go elsewhere.
I came in for an acrylic fill and toenail polish change and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The technician was rough and made my cuticles bleed leaving me in pain during and after the appointment. The service took over an hour and 20 minutes, which is far too long for a basic fill with no designs or gel. I had asked to have my eyebrows waxed at the start, and was only told after my nails were finished that no one was available to do that service—something that should’ve been communicated earlier.
