Ordered many times from them for my sprinter. Quality parts. Superior knowledge. Great customer service. Fast shipping. Great prices. Recently needed a part last minute, called and they had it packed and shipped with a hour. Will continue to order from them for all my parts needs.

UPDATE: Seller emailed me a return label and I returned the hoses. Unfortunately this was only after I made a big stink and left multiple reviews that didn't speak highly of his customer service. I did get refunded and will be changing my 2 star review. In the end we did both get a laugh about how stubborn we both are. I ordered a fuel filter for a Sprinter V6 from this store. Their website clearly stated that the filter was compatible with my vehicle, but when it arrived, it did not fit. I contacted the store to request a return. I waited about 1.5 months with no response, then sent another follow-up email a month later. Still no reply. Frustrated with the shipping. I called to be sure they would make it to me in time before a long road trip and I was assured they would make it in time and I didn’t need to upgrade shipping. Well they didn’t make it in time and I’m headed out on a 4000mile trip without my much needed parts. Order early. Dont trust the shipping estimate if you are pressed for time.
