UPDATE: Seller emailed me a return label and I returned the hoses. Unfortunately this was only after I made a big stink and left multiple reviews that didn't speak highly of his customer service. I did get refunded and will be changing my 2 star review. In the end we did both get a laugh about how stubborn we both are.
