I love it when giving a 5 star review is easy! I have a very common problem with my Sprinter running hot. Joe knew about the problem and talked about my options AND shared experiences from other customers. Its always nice to feel like I have someone on my team, Thanks Joe! They sent me a part that was faulty and when I sent it back for a warranty claim like they said in their website I got no response. When I requested an update on the warranty process — as I don’t want to spend another 500$ before I know that I’m getting my money back for the original part, no response. Beware of their customer service.
These guys are amazing! I was trying to track down a bolt to install with a fan clutch/blade assembly I was ordering from them, but they didn't stock it. What did they do? They tracked one down and included it with my order, without even delaying the shipment. Absolutely incredible, above and beyond service. Can't recommend them enough!! Thank you!!!
