Tony is absolutely not listening to what we're saying. He keeps saying things like, "I'm 65 years old," and so on. I'm asking for a price quote for a part replacement, and all I'm getting are empty and arrogant responses. I'm not a kid anymore, man. You need to remember that I'm a customer, and when giving examples to customers, you should avoid swearing and give "the real answer” to our question.
Tony and his team are fantastic! They know their stuff, they took care of me right away, and they did an excellent job on my SLK. If you own a Mercedes, don't go anywhere else; you won't find better!
