I went in the day before my birthday to get a specific look done. I was transitioning from a solid dark brown to the color shown in the reference photos I provided. They saved my hair! I went in as desperation after another salon nearby botched my highlights so badly a week and a half before and I didn’t trust that salon could fix their own work. This salon is by my job so I called and asked if they could squeeze me in that day for a glaze to help tone down the brassiness. I went the day before my birthday to get a certain look done. I went from a solid color dark brown to what you’ll see in the photos. I left with my hair frizzy and had to redo it. The coloring was nothing I had asked for or shown.
