I could write a novel about the smoke this guy blew up my you-know-what both before, and after the sale. Bottom line, he took my money, but did not deliver what was promised. No warranty or returns, any problems are left for the customer to resolve.
Marco has been a great help in sourcing a part from termignoni for me. Have asked dozens of shops who claim to be authorised sellers for termignoni and not been able to get in contact with them to ship out the part yet Marco was able to do it straight away. Not blaming the other shops, I've been getting told by many that Termi are bad with responses and I know first hand myself as I've tried to contact them direct. I don't usually write reviews, but I had an absolutely fantastic experience and this was the least I could do. I was searching for a very specific Arrow exhaust setup for my M1000RR. Marco came through well beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!
