Euro pizza cafe has the worst service ever. The busgirl dumps out used drinks on the ground as we were trying to sit and eat and thought that was ok instead of busing tables correctly. Then manager comes out we complained about it and she told us to get a life and proceeded to walk away. After we left the waiter we had came and did the same thing with the used drinks. Guess they dont train well at this place. Ive worked restaurants and you just dont do that. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!
Was told to get a life from the Russian owner after waitstaff spilled drinks on me. Came for happy hour as sign was posted, told no happy hour after they took sign down. I can understand being busy during a holiday but does not mean you forget customer service and honor signs you forgot to take down when someone calls you on them. My wife had to go inside and ask for water after waiting for almost 20 minutes out on the patio in 110+ degrees, only to be told to go wait outside for our server instead of just refilling our drin... read more
Just had lunch here with a large group (about 8 people) and the staff was extremely accommodating. The food came out quickly and it was absolutely delicious. The best part is the big portions so you're almost guaranteed to have left overs to take home with you. Will definitely come back here again! :)
I think they need a couple new waitresses, there are a couple blondes that have an attitude, cut you off when talking, short and rather snotty! Food was good, view couldn't be better. If you have a meal you had better ASK for your salad, or it comes at same time or not!! This was our second time visiting this year, don't know IF we'll return. P.s. the Chipotle chix pasta IS Spicey warm, not just smokey as the waitress so curtly cut me off to correct me!!
Always fun and festive... Want some quiet time? A booth by the front door gives plenty of privacy... Looks out over the lake and fountain... BTW, the food is outstanding!
My most favorite restaurant. Excellent food, service, and perfect views of the fountain. Have enjoyed Mother's Days, birthdays, breakfast, lunches & dinners. And you can bring your dog as long as you sit at one of the side tables or dog on other side of fence.
