Spoke with Lou and have to say he was so patient and accommodating. He scheduled our delivery right way as we had an emergency and then we had had to cancel the delivery all within the same day within a few hours between calls. He has no issues and was understanding about everything. Amazing customer service. Sent all receipts right to me with the original order and the cancelled order. This is my second review. Called today Sunday and left a message. Not an emergency. Figured they call tomorrow to schedule. Nope! They called and Im getting delivery tomorrow! Love this family owned business. I can always count on them no matter what the situation.
I never really do reviews, but this company provided an amazing service! They were very prompt, they came out and serviced both me and my brother within two days of calling them. The office staff was very helpful and friendly as well and made the entire process seamless. They were also the most reasonably priced in the area. 10/10 service, would highly recommend!
The best of the best! We’ve been using euro fuel for about 4 years now and they never let us down! Meanwhile, before we found them we had to switch oil companies every 2/3 months bc no one was reliable. They always have the best prices and they always show up when they say they will! The communication is great. We love you guys! Thank you!
Quick delivery and great pricing. They had come out to deliver in the morning but my icy driveway made it unsafe for the truck to go down… they were nice enough to come back same day once we got the driveway salted and cleared.
