I was a paying customer for several years, I scheduled a Brazilian wax a day in advance, when I arrived the woman asked me if I was getting my eyebrows done, when I explained I had made an appointment she looked shocked, and had me undress while she was still in the room. Though she was friendly, she completed the wax doing only about 3 large strips. It was extremely painful and she left a lot of hair. I loved the atmosphere, everyone was very friendly and the ladies were hilarious. I felt very comfortable and at home. The pedicure I received was OK. I might try a hair cut or something different, but I'll stick to Lucky's for my nails.
