Lynda and her team are extremely warm and empathetic. I lost more than 2 inches off of my post baby body from the cryo and endospheres treatments. With the help of the team’s knowledge on health and fitness, they greatly improved my outcome and my results have lasted for almost 2 years! You will not be disappointed, especially if you have a spot to fat-reduce. I went and it was wonderful. They explain everything and it is very clean and relaxing. The people are especially nice so the time flies by! Overall, I have been very satisfied with my results.
