Not sure if it was an off-night or how things normally are. Went once and won't go back. Usually, I'll get the schnitzel at a German restaurant as it's good to know if they can handle the basics... so I did exactly that. It not seasoned at all (both the schnitzel and the spaetzle), the crust was not quite right. The staff looked pretty busy, but they were pleasant once you got their attention. First visit to Euro Bistro on a Saturday evening. It was packed-- 90% full. Our reservation for 4 persons was honored and we were seated promptly. There were basically 3 servers in the restaurant--the owner/hostess, a male waiter, and a female food runner. We were not in any particular rush but service was relatively slow. I love the Sauer Braten and Red Cabbage!
Great experience, even if you have never eaten in Germany. Feels like a family place, so welcoming. Been a customer for years, never disappointed. Top shelf food quality and presentation. Should go.
Attended a special October fest event with friends. What wonderful service was provided even with packing the house! That’s off to the staff and look forward to attending in the future.
