I have made this restaurant part of my weekly rotation of restaurants. The food is fantastic, plentiful, and well prepared. The owners and staff and kind and at times know how to work a room. I recommend eating here. The Euro Bistro serves up all of the German staples as well as at times off the menu items that are just incredible.

Not sure if it was an off-night or how things normally are. Went once and won't go back. Usually, I'll get the schnitzel at a German restaurant as it's good to know if they can handle the basics... so I did exactly that. It not seasoned at all (both the schnitzel and the spaetzle), the crust was not quite right. The staff looked pretty busy, but they were pleasant once you got their attention. First visit to Euro Bistro on a Saturday evening. It was packed-- 90% full. Our reservation for 4 persons was honored and we were seated promptly. There were basically 3 servers in the restaurant--the owner/hostess, a male waiter, and a female food runner. We were not in any particular rush but service was relatively slow.
