Terrible service as a another review said quoted one price for a service then more 3x for service & for parts not authorized kept car for a significant amount & didn't complete all work requested...Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone
The owner is respectful and fair. The employees are jerks and disrespectful and told me to "f" off when confronted with a repair issue with my car. I was told I was not welcome back and to go order the part myself. I was told I could NOT speak to the owner regarding my problem and was hung up on. I called back 4 times with the same answer and even talked to a different employee who told me the same thing. Ridiculous! I filed a report with the Department of Auto Repair. This employee should be fired.
A few days ago my check engine light came on. I searched on the internet for a place that could help me. After seeing good reviews for Euro Autoworks, I made an appointment. Rob the manager told me a sensor was bad so I had it replaced. Everything was done in one day. Was very pleased.
Over the phone, Euro Auto Works quoted me a very reasonable price to repair or replace a damaged hydraulic slave cylinder. Once they had my car, they added a $99.00 ‘diagnostic fee,’ they did not save any of parts as I requested and they killed the battery in my car. I could never get a straight answer about the status of my repairs from the shop manager, Rob. The cost of my repair more than doubled from the original estimate. Was very happy with the way I was treated at euro auto works. Rob was probably the most helpfull mechanic that I have ever dealt with. Telling Everybody!!!
This is the best shop that I have ever been to. They have diagnosed a problem that no one else could figure out. The work done on my car has been exceptional.
