Came in to exchange a welding shield tank. The young man attending the dock selected a thinner diameter tank than the one I turned in. When he returned I asked for a similar size tank. That did not go over well. He claimed he probably didn't have one. I explained the tank goes into a receptacle on my welding cart. He did find me a similar diameter one but shorter. I questioned him on volume. I shouldn't have gone there. I have had a better time at the dentist.

Care more about themselves than taking care of employees. Seen employees there get treated poorly and even fired for rediculoise reasons. For the customer they will do anything to make a dollar but with no regard for there own people and watching them struggle. All owner cares for is the dollar and will bully his weight around to get it
Great customer service!! I needed a Nitrogen tank exchange for my helicopter while out fighting the wild fires. Jarrett met me after hours and took care of my needs. Thanks for everything!!
