I stayed at this hotel for three nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water for my entire stay. I spoke with the front desk and asked if they could offer some type of partial refund or discount. I was told they could not refund any portion of my stay and would only offer Wyndham Rewards points, though I'm not a Wyndham Rewards member.
