There is NO electricity near the bed. Don’t bother bringing your CPAP, there is nowhere to plug it in. The hotel could not provide an extension cord. That made my wife’s stay quite sleepless. Our room has a mouse inhabitant. And the entire building smells like it has a lot more mouse inhabitants. The decor is ornate and includes lots of paintings of famous people. It should be a walk through tour… staying overnight ruins the experience.

No air conditioning. Room insanely outdated. Mold in the shower, no lights , no plugs by bed. I would never stay here again.

This is a tired old hotel. Rooms are fine but smell “old.” Hallways are dumpy.

The hotel is very attractive and has a unique atmosphere, almost like a museum of the city’s history. Everything about it reflects the rich history of the city, from the portraits of famous people from the past to the interior design. The whole place feels elegant, luxurious, and somewhat exclusive. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds. The location is also very convenient, and the prices are quite attractive.
