The hotel was very cute. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and I love that it had so much history represented. However the rooms were a bit small and dingy. You couldn’t control the AC or temperature but they were nice enough to get us a portable fan. The water in the shower took forever to get hot and the bathtub wouldn’t drain the water properly so you were just standing in a pool of water as you showered before it overflowed. I stayed here Sept. '25. Loved the ambience of this classic hotel. The look and feel are as authentic as you can get and the staff were extremely pleasant. While the room was very well maintained, the bathroom floor needed cleaning. Other than that, no complaints.

I hate posting anything bad ever but not a great experience. I was so hoping for a good experience because it looked cool and had good reviews. Free breakfast is toast and a couple muffins, no eggs or anything else that you usually see when staying somewhere that says breakfast included. Also shower in the room was clogged, so I got to soak my feet in who knows what while I was showering 🤮.
