I called to ask for a regal Orchid planter ! Lily was fantastic! Assuring me of multiple colors ! I’m waiting for them to come in ! Such a nice lady to help me ! Lily should get a raise! She’s a treasure! Can’t wait to meet you folks and pick up my Orchids!
St. John Eureka Florist provided beautiful arrangements, two stands and a centerpiece on short notice, for a family funeral just before Christmas. We are thankful for their awesome staff and responsiveness, and a call out to Katie for making sure all was in good order for the delivery.
I have used them many times, and they have always been stellar. I’m very grateful for their wonderful service!
Not my first time ordering flowers from here but it is my last. Flowers that were delivered came with the wrong card therefore the recipient didn’t know who they were from and there was half the amount of flowers in what was delivered compared to the photo of what I ordered (see pictures). I called and respectfully let them know I was unhappy and said I could send pictures of the flowers.
