St. John Eureka Florist provided beautiful arrangements, two stands and a centerpiece on short notice, for a family funeral just before Christmas. We are thankful for their awesome staff and responsiveness, and a call out to Katie for making sure all was in good order for the delivery.
I have used them many times, and they have always been stellar. I’m very grateful for their wonderful service!
Not my first time ordering flowers from here but it is my last. Flowers that were delivered came with the wrong card therefore the recipient didn’t know who they were from and there was half the amount of flowers in what was delivered compared to the photo of what I ordered (see pictures). I called and respectfully let them know I was unhappy and said I could send pictures of the flowers. Ordered a bouquet through FTD, fulfilled by this shop. INCREDIBLY disappointed with what was sent. First picture is what I thought I was ordering. Second is what I got. I have worked as a florist before, I understand not having the exact blooms and greens for the order. That also means I understand the use of spray roses instead of stemmed (especially when I know how much the cost difference is). Who decided to put dark leatherleaf ferns in a "pastel" bouquet, or BRIGHT yellow mums for that matter. This looks like a $25 groc... read more
