The bouquet speaks for itself... Perfection. The only negative was late delivery.
They were excellent, responsive and thoughtful. Overall great experience!
Ordered flowers for Mother's Day well in advance (11+ days out). On Mother's Day, they wrote saying their largest delivery van had broken down and the flowers would not be delivered that day. Eureka Florist offered a full refund, or a one-day-late delivery and partial refund. I opted for the latter. The flowers were delivered later in the day on Monday, however the partial refund is nowhere to be seen. The florist also has not replied to a single one of the multiple emails we have sent them.
