I am so furious at this office! My mom has been coming here for many years. Recently in the last year it seems this place is over booking and trying to see as many patients as possible to get all the money. It’s more of a factory than a dentist office. This morning she had an appointment at 8am. We showed up early, she didn’t get called back until 8:40. I have had nothing but great experiences here. The front desk staff are very professional and work extremely hard. Doctor Kaplan and his assistants are so nice and welcoming.

This is the worst dental practice for bedside manners. I was getting 2 root canals and in extreme pain. I let them know of course. However with me wincing and tears coming out of my eyes the dentist nor the assistant asked if I am okay. Neither asked along the way asked if there was anything they could do to help. I am a breast cancer survior. Went through surgeries, chemo and this by far the WORST TREATMENT EVER!!!!!!!!
