Horrible experience with Eureka dental. Please don’t take clients that you cannot serve. I’ve been calling the last few weeks and nobody could pick up the phone. Last week I called five times and nobody picked up the phone. They would place me on hold and then the phone call get dropped. I hope the owner or management can do a better job at managing the Clinic! I have my elderly mom That is a patient of the clinic. Очень недовольна обслуживанием персонала. Апойтмент назначен на 5 часов. Пришла в 4,40. Меня отказались принимать, сылаясь на то, что я должна была прийти в 4,40. А также страховка одобрила коронки, а обслкживающий персонал не записывает на прием без оплаты в 200 доларов за коробку. Говорят, оплатите потом вас запишут. Такого хамского отношения нет ни в одной клиники. Прежде чем к ним идти подумайте 1000 раз. Все удачи, и берегите свои зубки

Oh my god they suck! Genuinely been treating everyone that I know of so shitty! Every time you call they appear busy but when you go in they are laughing and chillin…. Also during apt as this other person also mentioned they make you wait forever! I spent freaking 1hr and 40 min for dentist to not show up and they moved me to other day… hello what is the apt for?
