I had a very disappointing experience with Eureka Dental Group. There were multiple issues with billing, charges, and communication regarding my treatment and insurance payments. I also experienced problems receiving accurate financial information from the office. Unfortunately, my concerns were not properly resolved, and the overall experience caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
Eureka has always been incredibly helpful in my dental journey. I’ve had emergency surgery here, fillings galore, and crowns and everytime they’ve always helped me find the option that works for me. Dr. Choi has been honest and helpful through the last 9 months of my treatment within my Medi-Cal requirements. 10/10 would recommend
