I visited this dental clinic today and had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. Unfortunately, no one saw me even by 9:20, which shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. Time is very valuable for people here in America, and it’s clear this clinic doesn’t value that. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and would give it zero stars if I could.

I had a mixed but overall disappointing experience here. To be fair, the cleaning itself was done well — the hygienic procedure was professional, thorough, and I have no complaints about the technical quality of the work. However, the communication and overall experience were poor. I came in for a routine cleaning and asked the hygienist a few questions during the procedure. Two upper wisdom teeth were removed and covered by my insurance. However, I was charged $800 out of pocket for materials placed in the extraction sites. I repeatedly asked if I could proceed without these materials, but was told they were mandatory due to sinus risk. Because I was in pain, I agreed. I want to leave an honest review about this clinic. The doctors here are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly, except for the girl at the reception — she is very rude, and it feels like you came to her house! But the doctors are absolutely amazing! I want to thank Natalia separately — she was by my side from start to finish and helped me so much. A huge thank you. All the doctors are very professional and explain everything clearly.

My new dentist here in North Carolina just commented how great my teeth had been taken care of from Eureka dental. In 4 years I had teeth aligned, teeth bonding, root canal & crown, and 2 molar implants. And taught the importance of brushing and flossing! Thank-you Dr Kaplan & Dr Val and All the staff.
