I discovered a growth inside my cheek. I called on a Tuesday and the office worked me in that Thursday. I sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes then Dr. Matthews assessed the situation including a thorough explanation in less than 10 minutes. A patient can’t ask for much more than that. Thanks, Doc.

Dr. Mathew’s and the staff at Eureka Dental Arts are as friendly and professional as opening the door of a BMW dealership! From simple cleaning to a procedure each employee is skilled to keep you and your teeth healthy and you happy. Dr. Matthews is a kind and skilled dentist. He explains everything he is going to do before he does it, which I find helpful. His staff is friendly, and the office seems to be run efficiently. I always know I am in good hands at this office.
First, I appreciated the skill and the pleasantness of the hygienist who was charming all the while perpetrating little horrors to my mouth (grin). At the front desk, I questioned how my bill and my insurance statement seemed to differ. The woman at the reception desk took the time to look up each questions in her computer, help me to contrast each, line for line, with my insurance statement and never once took offense at how I was using her time.
