Got chewed out by a lady in their office for an issue that never involved me. Never seen such unprofessional, and I would never buy a car here. The way they treat some people is disgusting.
Absolutely love Chrysler, I popped a tire recently and they fix me up on house. The customer service was fantastic, even got some popcorn while we waited.
Must be very new to the car business. Short story: took my Mercedes E550 (rare and beautiful car) to see what they’d give me for it. Took all my info, salesman inspected the car, spent a half hour with the guy, he knew it was in very good condition, blue book private party is 9k-10,500. I know dealers are low ballers. Thank goodness the salesperson added the additional service contract. I experienced a very expensive mechanical failure and the Service Department, led by John, was AMAZING. During the time my truck was with them they were experiencing their own staffing challenges but every person I spoke to: Melinda, Lucas, Til, Adrian were kind and professional and I definitely felt like they were doing their very best for me. They advocated for the best outcome and that’s what I got! Very grateful!!!
We went in for an oil change appointment and Adrian Lewis helped us right away. He advised we were due for the 60K mile checkup. He noted they would pay for a rent-a-car and showed us the options for the services provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as, kind, considerate, and straightforward.
