My husband and I have purchased three vehicles through them within the last year, and I have no complaints. They have reasonable pricee and they ABSOLUTELY have followed through with their 30day warranty and have made repairs where needed. Also both salesmen have been helpfull and we soon hope to be seeing them soon as tax returns arrive, so we can get a truck.
Although I purchased a Suburban at a great price, I'm a bit disappointed with the follow-up service of this dealership. I paid CASH, in full, for my vehicle; I am not a "Buy Here / Pay Here" client. The title work has taken forever to finish. The sales staff has no idea where the paperwork is, DMV has no record of the paperwork even being filed. I'm still driving on temp paperwork after 45 days from purchase! DMV says it should have only taken a maximum of 2 weeks to complete the sale/registration transaction and that I shou... read more
