The service was great. The beer was good. There are a couple of problems the first is the staff does not wash their hands. One of the kitchen staff came out of the toilet did not wash his hands and went right back into the kitchen. Also The cook clearly hates himself or herself. No mustard one tiny piece of onion. No tomato. I ordered my burger medium and I got a very very burnt burger and very burnt bun they tried to hide under the fig jam and raw bacon. It's a good thing I had my dog with me. Love our local Eureka! The Fresno fig burger never disappoints. The staff is friendly, mainly students, and there is usually no wait and plenty of outdoor space. The music can be loud inside but they will turn it down if you ask.
