Today is the first time I've dealt with anyone besides the owner, whom I've always had a great experience with. I can honestly say this is the only place I've felt comfortable bringing a vehicle. They have always been completely honest, reasonable, and they actually explain things to me without treating me like some dumb girl who doesn't have a clue! Great people, great work!
Took my 550i in for oil consumption issues. They found the problem and repaired the car quickly, even putting me in a loaner car in the mean time. Got the car back and it runs great! Their staff was knowledgeable and polite. Will definitely do business with them again.
