I have been having my hair cut at an Aveda Salon for over 10 years and never have I been so disappointed as I have been with this salon. First when I called for an appointment the person answering the phone did not identify herself or the salon, I had to ask if this was the Ephoria Salon. I then asked about the pricing. Their add said $25+ so I asked about the "plus". She said it would cost more for long hair. As I understand you were expecting a haircut, shampoo, blow dry, and tea or a hand massage with the expenditure of $25. As you may already know, AVEDA products are all naturally made, without any chemicals, and are more pricey than you would find other products.
