Concha is such an incredible therapist. She truly helped me change my life. The receptionists are always so kind and helpful. The place is always decorated in a fun way and always feels warm and welcome. I recommend this place highly!
I have anxiety among other things and their receptionists called me 3 times in a row - twice in one day. This caused me great distress. When I contacted them and explained my distress, they sent me a smiley face and said that it's company policy. I managed to get on a no telephone call list but that came with another smiley face. 😤😮💨😠 Disrespectful! My mental health has definitely DECLINED with this clinic. I do not recommend it.
If you're coming from a doctor that already has you established on meds, and you have to switch (clinic closed) make sure you're not having a rough day or cry or they'll threaten to take you off all your meds, make you go back 20 years and write down all the meds you've ever tried, the dose, and why it didn't work, and then take about 4 different lab test including drug test. I met with a prescriber here and she had a hard time focusing on what I was saying. I had to repeat myself several times. I was in crisis fresh out of the hospital and this prescriber wanted me to monitor my blood pressure at home for a week before she could help me. (Blood pressure was fine in the hospital) She forgot that too and did not submit an order for the monitor. Frankly, the entire session was alarming and I will seek care elsewhere.
I told them I have PTSD with men and they put me with a man who isn’t even a Therapist. He’s their intake guy and kept blowing me off saying oh we’ll get you with an actual therapist soon but for now you’re just gonna stay with him and kept trying to force medications on me even though I told them I don’t want medications I need a safe non-drug reliant coping mechanism they deserve less than one star
