I had a rock chip in my windshield in the driver side line of vision. When they were done with the repair, the crack was barely visible at all! They made the insurance claim process very easy as well! Great, friendly service!
I've used Eugene Windshield Repair three times to repair windshield chips. The service and results have been excellent each time. Two repairs were on cars and the third on an RV. The staff is very professional.

This place is super friendly, fairly fast, and gave us a repaired windshield with little notice! It is never a fun experience to sit and wait with little kids, but the staff were very helpful and nice to my kids and the awesome receptionist Jessica was incredibly understanding and helpful. We will definitely be back (just hopefully not too soon �)
I had a small chip and crack from flying rocks. Eugene W/S Repair quickly got my car in and repaired so it is barely noticeable and best of all will stop it spreading. The whole repair from walking in and starting paper work was very quick and they handled the insurance for me. I also had my headlights on my old pickup done by this company and the results were outstanding. I can see as if they were brand new instead of 17 years old. It has been 3 months and still they look great.
A couple of months ago a rock hit my windshield and it immediately cracked out several inches. I thought the windshield would have to be replaced but I took my car to Eugene Windshield Repair and they were able to repair it without removing the windshield. The repair looked great and it saved me over $200. They bill insurance so the repair didn't cost me anything and the entire process only took about an hour.
