I saw the five star reviews and decided this is the place I was going, even though my crack was bigger than 6 inches they were determined to help In anyway possible and gave me a treatment to help the spread of the cracks until I could replace. The staff here is so fricken nice, and after the service I had an extra little surprise, they had vacuumed my interior as well. I will be adamant that my friends and family come here in the future. SHORT VERSION: Super friendly staff at the right price
They got me in the same day I called, fixed my windshield quickly and also helped me contact our insurance to file the claim. Excellent service and very nice people.
Great service. On my trip to Eugene from Seattle, a tiny rock hit my windshield. I called on the day before the 4th for repair. They called my insurance company, got the referral and sent a helpful young man to do the repair. The weather was extreme heat, yet this nice guy took the time to get the job done efficiently keeping a cheerful, friendly attitude. I am so grateful and hope the get lots of business! After a rock chipped my windshield on Saturday, I drove to Eugene Windshield Repair on Monday morning. I was greeted by Jessica with a smile at the door and a technician looked at it immediately. While my insurance company was being contacted repairs were made. I was in and out in less than an hour! I was completely blown away by the professionalism and friendly customer service. I will certainly recommend this company to everyone I know and meet!

Today somehow while running errands I got a crack in my windshield I thought for sure I would have to wait till Monday to get it fixed but I called Eugene windshield repair at 3:00 pm and they told me to come right in. They worked with my insurance company to cover the cost of the repair and had me in and out with a quickness. Now I can relax and enjoy my weekend! Absolutely amazing!! They took my headlights that were painted black and made them look like new headlights. Definitely will be back.
