I switched to Eugene Family Dental a little over one year ago. Since the beginning, I've been exceptionally pleased with their service. Dr. Ben and the entire staff treat you with the utmost respect. They listen carefully to your concerns, they discuss options with you, they are non-judgmental and they provide treatment that is as pain-free as possible. I enjoy going to appointments because they are all very pleasant and knowledgeable.Thank you Dr. Ben and all the staff!

I am a nervous, gum sensitive, anxious dental patient at the best of times. However, all the folks working at Eugene Family Dental put me at my ease and make me relaxed (with sunglasses and scenic movies too) and pain free.

I don't "love" going to the dentist, but the staff make it so much easier. I like the small office which is tasteful and comfortable. I never feel like the office/dentist upcharges me or tries to get me to have something that isn't needed. I feel they are very honest and upfront while giving great care.

I’ve been going to Eugene Family Dental for over 20 years, since it was Dr. Sarett’s practice in downtown Eugene. Despite changes in practitioners, locations, and name, it remains a friendly and extremely competent group of professionals. Highly recommended!

All of my experiences with Eugene Family Dental have been very professional and rewarding. The entire staff has been very friendly and helpful. Ben Thomas has proven to be an excellent choice by Richard Gabriel, my former dentist for over 25 years, to take over his practice after retiring. I have been seeing Cindy, my hygienist now working for Ben, for about 20 years and consider her to be absolutely the best! I would not hesitate to recommend Eugene Family Dental to anyone seeking professional, personable dental care.

Staff and Dr. very open and straight forward. Open to answering questions and willing to help with scheduling when necessary.
My recent visit was excellent. I only waited for one minute before being escorted into the office for my cleaning. Cindy is very knowledgeable and provided clear responses to any questions I had. She demonstrated great skill in her work, thanks to many years of experience. I am very happy with being a dental client at Ben Thomas's office.
