Without a doubt the most frustrating, humiliating experience I have ever had with a medical office. I spent 24 hrs in ER do to a dog bite. Discharge papers instructed me to schedule an appt with Dr. Tsai, and I quote, “as soon as possible for a visit in 2 days.” Too few characters available to tell the entire story, so is the quick version: office would not schedule an appt.
