These were the most comforting and caring people who took care of my mother for the last 15 days of her life. The chaplain, hospices nurses, social worker and the woman who bathed her were simply the best. And the support after she was gone was really unexpected, so helpful to talk to someone about all the things that need to be taken care of and then she actually took care of some of it right then. Simply the best I have experienced in hospice care.
Signature Hospice dropped the ball. 3 weeks with no visit or call. Staffing changed without notice to patients. I had to call to initiate services with their social worker. I would not recommend, office staff are not helpful and give you the corporate cold shoulder. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.
They were very kind and helpful. Always kept me updated on any changes, very compassionate. It takes a special kind of person to do what they do.
Received a scheduled phone call on time. The caller was very thorough and informative, as well as patient while I looked up the information requested.
