I have no idea of the quality of care they give, and they may be the best. But to take 4-5 weeks just to tell me they are too busy seems rude. First I called twice and left messages, then they responded with I needed a referral, then another call, they responded with they would review referral in about two weeks, then another call, then they responded with we're too busy. I wasted 5 weeks waiting on them. I get it that people and Doctors are busy, but this is poor business practice. I hope they change.
My husband has been going here for years. Dr Braun now Dr Cassel. Always listening, checks everything. He is very happy here
