Over approximately 10 years I received extraordinary care from Dr. Sarah Cassell and others at Eugene rheumatology the personal care the expert advice on just how to live with RA. Do yourself a favor if you think you have RI if you do have RA or any arthritis rheumatology issues this is the place to go. There’s no other place in Eugene. This is it.
I was a patient there for many years until my provider left. They only told me I had to wait for another provider. That wasn’t helpful at all because I was never told if they got one or not. I’ve tried calling them several times and still haven’t been called back. I saw on their website that they’re taking new patients, but I’m frustrated because nobody will take the time to call me back. That’s horrible patient care.
