Won 4 tickets to Festival of Trees. Due to my daughters work schedule where she works odd hours in the Emergecy Room, we could not work out a time when we could use all 4 tickets at the same time. Called days ahead, asked if we could split the voucher, and use 2 on one day and 2 on another day, and was assured that it was not a problem. My daughter arrived on the one day she had off from the Emergency room and was turned away. Reflects poorly on the center and on customer service.
