I don’t know why it’s called Eugene medical marijuana clinic because it’s all TeleMed. There is no in person visit. So to me that’s faults advertising it’s not a clinic. It’s a website with a doctor. Who will talk to you over the phone
Very rude! Receptionist hung up without even answering a basic inquiry.
Worst experience ever. I called trying to request help for a medical card and the receptionist told me what I’m stating doesn’t qualify for a card. Last time I checked the person who answers the phones isn’t the doctor right? They have no idea what someone is going through and they are not qualified to make that decision. He told me if I have questions about what qualifies then “call somewhere else”. I called back asking for his name and his boss and he hung up on me 3 times. I believe his name was Jose but not sure.
Just got off the phone with them... Good info in a bad delivery method...pretty rude and mocking.
The person that called me had a really nonchalant and mocking attitude (they also go by GreenWay Oregon).They want you to mail them a check and they'll get back to you on when they'll see you. They're really only concerned about getting paid and providing you the service you paid for is an afterthought to be settled at some point in the future when it conveniences them. Don't send them money.
