Visited the new Urgent Care located just down the hall from the main entrance on the left. I was in so much pain I knew I could not drive myself to the ER in LR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Urgent Care!! Everyone was very kind- got me checked in quickly and back to a little cubicle. The doctor and nurses were truly exceptional. You can tell they enjoy helping Veterans. They worked quickly to help reduce my pain- I am so grateful. I am finally able to get some rest after severe pain for the past few days. Thank you so much!
Always feel welcomed here. Easy to find your way around if your new to the lay out of the building.
Provider at team 33 said she took care of all my prescriptions. Pharmacy tech said one was a mail out only. I never got it. When I called to ask why was told by pharmacy there was no record of it. This may have something to do with getting a second opinion of their previous constant foul ups & complaints about those foul ups. They retaliate against the sick vet if a complaint is made. They make us sicker if we complain about them.
My life is so much better since getting into the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center. Everyone there is wonderful.
