After over 30 years of going to Eugene Towbin & McLellan V.A , I can say one good thing about them . The surgeons are great ,The staff seem to be nice & attentive . But I don't care about nice. I care about competence . I have colon cancer that should have removed 2 years ago. Still waiting . On top of that cervical spine stenosis. It took from 2001 to 2005 to even get an mri and when they did see what was going on , they gave me a good bit of useless (for my medical issues ) equipment from occupational therapy , physical th... read more

Honestly one of the better Central Arkansas VA's, PACT Team 3 is awesome. Do wish they would fix the broken elevator though.
The mental health front desk needs to have a mandatory training on how to treat people. Watch your words and tone. It is an absolute shame at the attitude and rudeness I get when I call them. To be that old and lack basic empathy and communication skills is embarrassing. I challenge them to do better.
