The staff at Oakmont Family Dental is so friendly and helpful! I am always warmly greeted and taken good care of. They really make it a point to be as personal as they can. I'm always impressed that they actually remember who I am because they only see me once every six months or so. As someone who grew up in a small town, OFD does a great job of making patients feel like part of a small family.
My experience at Oakmont Family Dental exceeded my expectations. I was extremely impressed with the long list of comforting amenities they provided to assure my happiness. And was delighted to leave with a complimentary water bottle in welcoming me as a new patient.
Seriously, once again the outstanding staff provides excellent customer service and rapport that makes them excellent ambassadors for the dental industry. Not so seriously, they need to have pay increases and company cars to provide the right income equal to their talents and abilities to make up the gap of the Doctors.
New card with options for comfort on it was a nice touch. The people (all) are very pleasant and helpful. I had not heard of the insurance plan there before and it was explained. Thanks for the options. Mecca was busy cleaning my teeth and wonderfully pleasant .

The experience at Oakmont Family Dental was like no other. I was pleasantly surprised by everything throughout my entire appointment, from walking in the doors and being greeted by smiling and helpful faces all the way thru my exam and check-out process. During my exam there were several times when help would be offered to my hygienist for any reason and I found that it made the exam go by fairly quickly and made the hygienist work flow with ease.
